Barge

A midnight bell tolls...
In rough seas, a raven barge rolls...
All round, the world Monochrome
I hear the sounds, A dull monotone...

Demonic waves crash on deck
I see no one at call and beck
In distance a foghorn wails
Knuckles white, I grab on the rails...

Up ahead, on the raft, a shimmering light...
Roving away, survivors, with all their might
For me, A saddistic honeymoon is in store...
The Angel of Death, and all her gore...

Hopeless, I tun around
In fear, my heart bound
Vision constricted, Features contorted
A peace destructed, A silence distorted

I hang my head and being to yell
Rage, Pain, Shame, all directed at hell
Crack, a ligtning whiplash sounds
Hell answers; the barge drowns....
